Administration / Staff
All our teachers have a college degree and/or the 64-Hour Daycare Course or its equivalent; all have met the requirements set forth by the MSDE; and are trained in Standard First Aid & CPR. If questions or problems arise, do not hesitate to contact your child’s teacher after nursery school hours to arrange for a special conference. You may also contact the Director during office hours at 301-845-4282. To leave an emergency message during class hours, you may call the Weekday Nursery office at 301-845-4282. In most cases, it will not be possible to speak with staff during class hours. Regular conferences are scheduled during January and May. These are 15 minutes in length and are held during normal class time. The children do not attend WNS on these days. You are welcome to visit your child’s group at any time. Our staff will also be happy to arrange for parents to help with activities, if they so desire. When observing or helping, please do not bring other children with you. Our licensing limits the number of children that may be in attendance.
